October General Conference Weekend

General Conference is one of my favorite weekends of the year.  Richard came too with Elisa and Kayla. Add to it that we were able to spend it Grandpa and Grandma Haworth, and it was a great weekend.
This is ironic...grass growing on the lawnmower...life finds a way

Beautiful view

Going to Priesthood Session!
Nathan, cousin Danny Porter, Richard, and Grandpa

Grandpa and Grandma weren't going to be able to come to Jordan's blessing, so we went to see them.

A beautiful ride around the farm.  The weather couldn't have gotten any better.
Jonathan and I were on one fourwheeler

The other boys all with Daddy on the other

During Sunday conference, just enjoy a snuggle with Grandma.
This just makes my heart skip a beat.

Richard came for Saturday Conference and brought Elisa and Kayla!
They found a baby snake:)

We headed to the riverbottoms to the tree that Johnny Appleseed must have planted, and we got to pick some apples. Every year for a few years the tree has been picked bare by the other families, and we've not been able to get any.  We didn't want to take a whole tree's worth, only 4 grocery sacks. These make the best applesauce and pies!

APPLE!

We didn't have a ladder for the apple picking, so we improvised :)

Watching Sunday morning
I love that Jonathan is watching and entranced by the singing of
"I am a Child of God"

During Sunday conference, just enjoy a snuggle with Grandma.
This just makes my heart skip a beat.

Then he fell asleep!

Reading the comics and the ads together

This little guy loves to fall asleep in your arms!

Grandpa and Grandma weren't going to be able to come to Jordan's blessing the next week, but it was an even better visit with them because we got to visit them all by ourselves.  That is a rare occurrence with how big the family is getting,

A beautiful conference, and a beautiful place to enjoy it.
